Pre-approved Return Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after you received your purchase. It must be in it's original condition. Please contact for the shipment address.

Once I ship the item to you, I am trusting the post office to do their job and I cannot be held responsible for losses or damages. I package my items and send them fairly and honestly. If there are issues in shipping I will do my best to work with you to find your package.

I ship using the cheapest/quickest option for our buyers. Usually it is First Class shipping through USPS.

A note for International buyers - international shipments are not protected once they leave the US. Your package will have insurance and tracking when available, however not all countries apply. If we need to make an insurance claim, I expect my customer to work with me to the best of their ability and understand that it is frustrating for both parties. I will do everything in my power to ensure your happiness!
